This form helps us get to know your child. 

Currently accepting enrollment applications for students entering Kindergarten-6th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are looking for our Pre-K application, find it under the enrollment tab.

Please review our program options and tuition information found in our Details tab. If you have more than one child joining our school, please fill out a separate enrollment application for each student.
